Required products :
1 teaspoon bulgur
500 grams of mushrooms
2 medium onions
2 teaspoons water
80 milliliters of oil
salt and spices to taste
Method of preparation :
Peel an onion and cut it into small cubes. Remove the legs of the mushrooms, then carefully remove the skin on the surface and cut the mushrooms into cubes.
Heat the oil in a large pan, fry the onions until lightly golden. Then add the mushrooms, fry a little and pour the bulgur into the dish. Mix everything well, pour the water, add salt and spices to taste. Close the pan with a lid and let the dish cook on low heat for about 10-15 minutes.
