Required products :

300 grams of flour

25 grams of baking powder

100 grams of cold butter

50 grams of raisins

200 grams of yogurt

1 egg

100 grams of sugar

 

Method of preparation :

Preheat oven to 200 degrees.

Sift the flour together with the baking powder, add the diced butter and stir, grinding to obtain crumbs. Add the raisins.

Heat the yoghurt in a suitable pan over low heat. Remove from the heat.

Beat the egg with the sugar.

Pour the milk into the flour, add the egg and stir.

Leave the dough for 5 minutes, then place on a board sprinkled with flour and knead, forming it into a smooth ball.

Roll out a rectangle 1.5 cm thick, cut out round shapes with a diameter of 6 cm and arrange them in a tray. You can shape in another way if you wish, for example rolls and use some raisins and / or walnuts as a filling. Sprinkle with flour and leave for 10 minutes.

Bake until golden (about 12 minutes) and enjoy the great taste. Serve sprinkled with sugar (plain or powdered) or with your favorite jam.
