Required products :

  • 300 grams of flour
  • 7 grams of soluble yeast or 15 grams of fresh
  • 15 grams of cocoa
  • 130 milliliters of warm milk
  • 50 milliliters of oil
  • 1 egg
  • 100 grams of sugar
  • 1.5 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt
  • 100 grams of dark chocolate
  • 1 banana
  • 80 - 100 grams of peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons liquid cream

Method of preparation :

Mix the yeast with 1 teaspoon of sugar and 2-3 tablespoons of warm milk. Leave for 10-15 minutes.

Take a suitable bowl and pour in the cocoa, flour, sugar, beat the egg, add a pinch of salt, add the vanilla extract and pour the remaining milk. Make dough. You should add the yeast, pour the oil and knead an elastic dough. Leave it in a warm place for an hour to rise, then divide into 8 equal parts (or 10 smaller). Roll out each of them and in the middle put 2-3 pieces of banana, which you have previously cut, 1-2 of chocolate and 1 teaspoon of peanut butter. Close the filling with the dough and arrange the rolls in a tray lined with baking paper. Leave them for 30 - 40 minutes, covered with a towel to rise and bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.

When baked, wait for them to cool and pour a mixture of melted chocolate in a water bath and cream. Let the glaze harden and serve.

Enjoy your meal!
