How To Cook Burgers With Fried Eggs And Yellow Cheese - Recipe

Required products :

  • burgers loaves or other suitable bread (2 slices per burger)
  • 1 egg for each burger
  • yellow cheese or other favorite cheese - 10 grams per serving
  • if desired, you can add: tomato, ham, green spices and / or other preferred product
  • muffin tins

 

Method of preparation :

Beat the eggs in muffin tins and bake in the oven for about 10-15 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
While they are cooking, grate the cheese. Heat the slices of bread. If you use cakes, cut them horizontally into two pieces.
Remove the finished eggs from the tins and place between two pieces of warm bread. Add grated yellow cheese, then bake the burgers for a few minutes to melt the yellow cheese. You can do this in the oven or in a pan.
Of course, you can experiment with the filling and add ham, tomato, favorite spices or whatever addition you prefer.
