Required products :

200 grams of yogurt

2.5 teaspoons flour

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

 

For the stuffing:

250 grams of cheese (or yellow cheese)

dill and parsley to taste

 

100 grams of butter for spreading

 

Method of preparation :

Knead a soft dough from flour and milk, add soda and salt. You may need to use more flour, it is important that the dough is not firm.

 

Wash the dill and parsley, dry them and chop finely.

 

Crush the cheese in a bowl, mash it, there should be no large lumps.

Add the green spices and stir.

 

Divide the dough into 6 parts and roll each one out. Put the resulting filling in the middle.

 

Close the filling with the dough, form a ball and mix.

Then roll again, taking into account the size of the dish in which you will bake. The thinner the dough, the better (about 0.5 cm is enough). Be careful not to break the dough and let the mixture come out of it.

 

Melt the butter, spread it on the finished hot cakes.

 

Heat a frying pan over high heat, then reduce the temperature to medium and bake the loaves on both sides.

 

You do not need to toast, it is enough to blush.

 

When you take them out of the pan, put them in a plate or other suitable dish, spread them generously with the melted butter and close the dish with a lid or cover with foil until you have finished baking them all.

 

Then wrap in foil, cover with a towel and leave for a while to soften nicely and melt in your mouth.
