Boil and cool the fillet.
Finely chop the onion and mushrooms and mash the garlic clove. Fry everything for 15 minutes in a little oil.
Chop the meat and add it to the dish with the other products. Two minutes later, pour the cream, stir and season.
Roll out the dough, cut it into squares, which you put in muffin tins, shaping like flowers.
Fill with the mixture of chicken and mushrooms, sprinkle with pre-grated yellow cheese and bake for 20-25 minutes in an oven preheated to 200 degrees.
Once the baskets turn golden, remove them from the tins and serve warm.
