Required products :
1 kg puff pastry
2 teaspoons canned corn
1/2 head finely chopped onion a
few sprigs chopped parsley, coriander or other green spice
200 g finely grated mozzarella
salt and ground black pepper to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil
Method of preparation :
Divide the dough into 4 equal parts, each of which roll out into layers 4-5 millimeters thick and a circle of about 20-25 centimeters.
Mix the grated mozzarella with the corn, add the onion, green spice, salt and ground black pepper to taste and mix everything thoroughly.
Spread the filling on half of each sheet of dough and close with the free part of the dough. Press the edges and pierce the surface of the rolls in several places with a fork.
Bake until golden (about 8-10 minutes at a temperature of 280 degrees).
