Required products :
230 grams of flour
190 grams of softened butter
2 sachets of vanilla sugar
80 grams of powdered sugar
1 protein
1/2 teaspoon salt
Method of preparation :
Beat the butter with the powdered sugar and vanilla until fluffy sweet cream is formed. Then add the egg whites and beat again.
Sprinkle the mixture with the sifted flour together with the salt and knead a soft dough.
From it form circles using a pastry syringe and bake them in the oven at 180 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
When the edges of the cookies turn red, remove them on a wire rack.
