How To Cook Butter Croissants With Ham, Cheese And Tomato - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Butter croissants with ham, yellow cheese and tomato". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 200 grams of ham (or a suitable sausage of your choice)
  • 200 grams of yellow cheese
  • salt, dried herbs or green spices of your choice

 

Method of preparation :

Roll out a sheet of puff pastry and cut it into rectangles measuring approximately 15 x 30 cm. Then cut each of them into 4-5 triangles.

Place a thin piece of ham and a large but extremely thin (almost transparent) slice of tomato on the wide side of the figures. Sprinkle with planed yellow cheese along the entire length or put a thin piece of it on the tomatoes.

Sprinkle the filling with green spices and dried herbs and, if necessary, add salt.

Form croissants by rolling out the dough so that the filling stays inside.

Arrange them in a tray and smear their surface with beaten egg, if desired.

Bake at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.

 

Serve the croissants warm (almost hot).
