Saturate the spinach and olives, mix them with the grated feta cheese and the crushed mozzarella, season to taste and mix thoroughly.
Cut the puff pastry into triangles, in the wide part of each put the stuffing and roll the horns.
Arrange them in a greased pan, if desired, you can wrap them to get circles.
Brush their surface with beaten egg and bake them in the oven until they turn red (about 15 minutes).
The horns are delicious both hot and cold.
