How To Cook Butter Dough With Chicken, Cheese And Onions - Recipe

Required products (for 4 pieces) :

  • 1 kg of puff pastry
  • 500 grams of boiled chicken
  • 300 grams of hard yellow cheese
  • 1-2 heads of old onions
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • bunch parsley or other green spice
  • pinch of salt
  • a pinch of black pepper
  • 1 egg to spread on the roll


Method of preparation :

Peel an onion, cut it into thin semicircles and fry lightly in hot oil.

Cut the chicken into thin straws, grate the yellow cheese, chop the parsley.

Add onion, yellow cheese and parsley to the chicken, season. Turn the oven to 180 degrees to preheat while you form the rolls.

Divide the dough into 4 parts, roll out the first in the form of a rectangle, in the middle of which you put the filling.

Cut the edges of the dough into strips at an angle and cover the filling with them.

In the same way, prepare 3 more rolls, spread them with a thin layer of egg and bake in the already hot oven for 30-35 minutes.

Submit chilled.
