How To Cook Butter Pickles With Rosemary And Parmesan - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1 3/4 tea cups flour
  • 3/4 + 2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 small clove of garlic, pressed
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh milk
  • 1 teaspoon chilled unsalted butter, cut into cubes

Method of preparation :

  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees and cover a large baking tray with parchment paper.
  • Mix the flour, 3/4 tea cup grated Parmesan, salt, garlic and rosemary in a blender.
  • Add the butter and knead until a dough begins to form.
  • Add the milk and mash again.
  • Take out the dough and form a ball. Divide it into two equal parts.
  • Roll each of them into a 30-centimeter circle, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  • Cut the pickles, distribute them in the pan and sprinkle with the remaining 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
  • Allow the oil pickles to cool completely before serving.
