How To Cook Butter Pie With 3 Types Of Cheese And Garlic - Recipe

Required products :

400 grams puff pastry
1 egg
white brined cheese to taste
mozzarella and emmental to taste
garlic to taste
green and other spices of your choice and taste

Method of preparation :

Divide the dough into two parts, which you roll out thinly in the form of a circle. Put one in a suitable tray, the bottom of which you have covered with parchment.
Grate the cheeses, mix them, add garlic and spices to taste. Stir and spread the resulting filling on the base. Press with a spoon and cover with the second layer of dough. Pinch the edges. Pierce the surface with a fork in several places, then smear with beaten egg yolk.

Cover the pie with parchment and place in a preheated 180-200 degree oven for about half an hour. Then remove the paper, turn off the oven and let the pie stand in it for another 5 minutes to form a golden crust.
