How To Cook Butter Pie With Leeks, Cheese And Yellow Cheese - Recipe

Required products :

300 grams of puff pastry
500 grams of leeks
1 apple
150 grams of grated yellow cheese
2 eggs
150 grams of cheese
1 tablespoon mustard seeds
black pepper
salt

 

Method of preparation :

Thaw the puff pastry, roll it out and place it on a sheet of parchment, lifting the edges with your fingers to form small "walls".

Wash and cut the white part of the leek and pour in boiling salted water for 5-7 minutes. Then drain the liquid and rinse the leeks with very cold water. Dry it and spread an even layer of it on the dough. Spread with mustard.

Crush the cheese and mix it with the grated apple and eggs. Apply this combination on the mustard and sprinkle with grated cheese.

Bake the pie at 180 degrees for about 30-40 minutes. The dough and the yellow cheese coating should acquire a golden color.
