How To Cook Butter Pie With Meat, Onions And Tomatoes - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1/2 kg of puff pastry
  • 1/2 kg of onions
  • 300 grams of tomatoes
  • 100 milliliters of corn oil (can sunflower)
  • 1 egg to spread the dough
  • basil to decorate the finished pie
  • salt and other spices to taste


Method of preparation :

Cut the meat into small pieces, fry it in corn oil. Add the chopped onion, season.

Unfold the puff pastry sheet (if frozen, take it out of the fridge earlier), you can roll it out or pull it out with your hands. Divide into two parts.

Grease a pan with oil, put a sheet of dough in it and spread the meat with onions. Arrange the tomato rings on the surface and cover with the rest of the dough. Brush with egg and bake the pie at 180 degrees for 35 minutes.
