How To Cook Butter Pie With Mushrooms And Cheese - Recipe

Required products :

  • 500 grams of puff pastry
  • 500 grams of mushrooms crow's feet
  • 2 onions
  • 2 eggs (one of them is for spreading)
  • 3 full tablespoons sour cream
  • flour
  • 100 grams of yellow cheese
  • oil
  • spices


Method of preparation :

Wash the mushrooms, cut them and put in a bowl. Heat oil in a pan, pour in the chopped onion together with the mushrooms. Fry until cooked over medium heat, season to taste and allow to cool.

In a small bowl, mix the egg with the grated yellow cheese and sour cream. Add enough flour to make the combination sticky.

Cover the bottom of the pan with a sheet of parchment, spread 250 grams of dough on it (roll it out according to the size and shape of the dish), followed by a layer of mushrooms, sprinkle with green spices and finally pour the cheese-egg combination.

Cover the filling with the rest of the dough and spread an egg on the surface.

Bake the pie at 180 degrees, and the required time is about 40 minutes.
