Learn how to cook "Butter pie with salmon, rice and green onions". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 300 grams of salmon (without skin and fat)
  • 1 teaspoon scalded long grain rice
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • 1 large bunch of green onions
  • 250 grams of puff pastry
  • salt and pepper

Method of preparation :

Cut the cleaned salmon into pieces and place in a suitable container. Add the rice, pour 2 teaspoons of water, season and stir. Close the pan with a lid and leave the mixture on the hob until ready. You can use a multicooker that you turn on for 40 minutes in rice / pilaf mode.

Meanwhile, chop the green onions, boil the eggs and thaw the dough.

When the salmon and rice are ready, wait for them to cool and add the chopped boiled eggs and green onions. If necessary, add salt.

Roll out the dough and cut it into two parts, one larger than the other.

Cover the bottom and walls of the form in which you will bake the pie (in this case a glass one measuring 15 x 25 cm) with parchment paper. Put the larger sheet of dough on it (it should also cover the walls) and pierce it in several places with a fork. Cut off the excess.

Spread the filling and place the smaller part of the dough on it. Join the two layers and make a decoration of your choice (you could make strokes with a knife on the surface).

Punch again with a fork and grease with olive oil. Bake the pie for 20-30 minutes in the oven at a temperature of 200 degrees.

Have a good time!
