  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 200 grams of puff pastry
  • 1 egg

Method of preparation :

Wash the grapes, cut the large berries in half.

Chop the walnuts with a knife and fry them for 4-5 minutes in hot oil.

Then add the grapes to them and leave on the stove for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.

Pour the sugar into the bowl and after 5 minutes (do not stop stirring) remove from the heat.

Allow the filling to cool and knead the dough.

Roll out 2 rectangles measuring 30 x 10 cm on a floured surface.

Put one on a board, distribute the delicious filling in the middle, leaving 2-3 free centimeters at the edges, which you spread with beaten egg.

Make diagonal cuts on the second sheet of dough every 3-4 centimeters and cover the fruit-nut combination with it. Pinch the sides.

Transfer the pie to a tray whose bottom you have covered with parchment. Brush the surface with the remaining egg and sprinkle with sugar.

Bake for half an hour in a preheated oven to 200 degrees.

Serve the finished pie completely chilled.
