  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 3/4 tea cup of fresh milk or water

For the stuffing:

  • 500 grams of pork liver
  • 4-5 heads of onions
  • frying oil

Method of preparation :

Sift the flour, add sugar and salt, stir. Put the whole piece of butter and grind with your hands to get crumbs. You can grate the butter.

Dissolve the yeast in warm milk (or water). Beat the egg in the mixture of flour and butter, then add the yeast and quickly knead the dough.

Divide it into equal parts, which you roll out in circles half a centimeter thick.

Using a cup, cut out circles, in the middle of which put a little of the filling and pinch the edges of the dough, forming pies.

Make the filling by first boiling the liver in salted water until ready. Let cool and grind.

Cut the onion into small cubes and fry it until golden in a little oil.

Mix the two products and season with salt and ground black pepper to taste.

Arrange the pies in a pan sprinkled with flour and bake in a preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes at 200-220 degrees.
