How To Cook Butter Pockets With Broccoli, Cheese And Chicken - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 350 grams of puff pastry
  • 200 grams of blanched broccoli, finely chopped
  • 150 grams of yellow cheese, maybe cheddar
  • 300 grams of diced chicken fillet
  • salt, pepper to taste
  • olive oil for frying

 

Method of preparation:

 

Roll out the dough. Cut it into equal-sized rectangles. Heat olive oil in a pan, fry the broccoli and chicken fillet. Stir, season with salt and pepper.

Cool the mixture and distribute it in the middle of the cut parts. Sprinkle with yellow cheese and wrap, squeezing the edges.

Arrange the pockets in a tray lined with non-stick paper. Preheat oven to 200 degrees and bake for 25 minutes. Cool, arrange and serve.
