How To Cook Butter Roll With Minced Meat And Mushrooms - Recipe

Required products :

  • 500 grams of minced meat
  • 400 grams of mushrooms
  • 1-2 onions
  • 2 eggs
  • 400 grams of puff pastry (1 sheet)
  • 3 tablespoons croutons
  • 1 teaspoon of salt or to your taste
  • 2 pinches ground black pepper
  • 3-4 tablespoons of sunflower oil


Method of preparation :

Peel an onion, cut it into small cubes and fry in 2 tablespoons of oil.

Also cut the mushrooms into small cubes, pour over the onion, add a little salt and fry until all the liquid has evaporated.

Then add the minced meat to the pan, more oil if necessary, and fry until done. Forge.

Transfer the mixture to a bowl, add the croutons, one egg and only the egg white of the second, stir.

Spread the filling evenly on a puff pastry sheet and form a roll, which you put in a tray on a sheet of parchment paper. Spread with the yolk and pierce in several places or make small incisions in the upper part of the roll.
