Method of preparation:
Put the egg whites in a bowl, take 1-2 teaspoons of them to spread. Beat until stiff and add the cream. Stir again with a mixer and leave the mixture to cool.
Meanwhile, melt the chocolate in a water bath, cool and combine with the cream mixture. Stir until the products are smooth. Spread the dough, cut rectangles of equal size and at the end of each put the chocolate cream.
Roll up the rolls and arrange them in a parchment-lined tray. Glaze with whipped egg whites and sprinkle with ground hazelnuts.
Preheat oven to 200 degrees and bake for 25-30 minutes. Cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar and arrange on a plate. Serve and enjoy their taste.
