Required products :

  • 175 grams of mushroom mix (maybe frozen)
  • about 170 grams of frozen spinach (6 cubes)
  • 320 grams of puff pastry (defrost it in advance)
  • 50 grams of cheddar cheese

Method of preparation :

Fry the mushrooms in a little fat. Thaw the spinach in the microwave and squeeze the excess water with your hands. Mix it with the mushrooms and season with salt and pepper.

Transfer the mixture to a cutting board and cut into very small pieces.

Roll out lightly a sheet of puff pastry on a floured surface. Spread the filling on it, leaving 1 cm from the edges of the dough. Roll up and wrap in foil, cool for 10-15 minutes to firm up. Then cut into slices and arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle each circle with cheese and bake for about 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees (let your oven be preheated) until golden and crispy.

Serve them with ketchup or tomato sauce.

And once they have cooled completely, if there are any left, you can freeze them and store them for up to 3 months.
