Learn how to cook "Butter sauce with ginger, mustard and green onions". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
150 grams of butter
5 cm fresh ginger root
10 grams of green onions
4 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
ground red pepper on the tip of a knife
a small pinch of sugar
a few sprigs of parsley or dill
Method of preparation :
Remove the oil from the refrigerator and leave it at room temperature for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the remaining products for the sauce.
Peel the ginger and cut it into cubes, finely chop the onion. You should get 1 tablespoon of the two ingredients, which you pour into a suitable bowl. Add to them the mustard (without grains), season with both types of pepper, salt and a little sugar. Cut the butter into cubes, put it in the bowl and mix everything. Then beat the mixture with a wire whisk (you can use a blender or mixer). Put the sauce in the refrigerator to cool.
Garnish with sprigs of green spices and serve.
