How To Cook Butter Sausages With Yellow Cheese And Egg - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 200 grams of puff pastry
  • 4 sausages
  • 4 eggs
  • 100 grams of grated yellow cheese
  • black pepper to taste
  • a few stalks of green onions for decoration
  • toothpicks

 

Method of preparation:

 

Peel the sausages and make half-cuts of each length. Remove the edges, wrap the sausages in round shapes and attach with toothpicks.

 

Spread the puff pastry and use a bowl to cut out circles.

 

Put a sausage in each and press the dough edges with a toothpick so that they fit snugly.

 

Spread the yellow cheese in the middle, preheat the oven to 190 degrees and bake for 10 minutes.

 

Remove, beat the eggs on the melted cheese and return to the oven for another 15 minutes.

 

When ready, cool, sprinkle with black pepper and chopped fresh onions. Serve and enjoy the taste.
