How To Cook Butter Tart With Minced Meat, Tomatoes And Pine Nuts - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 300 grams of puff pastry
  • 5 tomatoes, cut into circles
  • 3 onions
  • 250 grams of minced meat
  • salt, pepper and cumin to taste
  • 50 grams of grated cheese
  • a few fresh basil leaves
  • 1 tablespoon pine nuts
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon savory
  • 20 grams of butter

 

Method of preparation:

 

Spread the puff pastry, apply a round pie tin and cut out the outlines. Put the crust in the pan and set aside. Heat the butter in a pan and caramelize the onion.

Add the minced meat, finely chopped and season with salt, pepper and cumin. Add oregano, savory and chopped basil leaves. Stir, cool the mixture and spread it on the dough.

Arrange the tomatoes, garnish with cheese, pine nuts and preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Bake for 20-25 minutes, cool, garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve.
