How To Cook Butter Walnut Braid With Dock, Mint And Fresh Onion - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 400 grams of puff pastry
  • 1 bunch fresh onions
  • 1 link fresh mint
  • 200 grams of dock, scalded
  • left
  • 100 grams of ground walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon fresh milk
  • 10 grams of sesame seeds for sprinkling
  • oil for stuffing

 

Method of preparation:

 

Thaw and spread the puff pastry on a sheet of parchment. Cut into strips on both sides of the crust so that the middle remains intact.

Heat oil and fry finely chopped onion, dock, mint and add salt. Stew for 5 minutes, cool and spread the filling on the dough. Sprinkle with walnuts and knit, twist the cut strips.

Spread the braid with fresh milk, sprinkle with sesame seeds and place in a pan. Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven until golden. Cool, cut, serve and eat.
