How To Cook Butter With Minced Meat And Vegetables - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 1 kg of flour
  • 42 grams of live yeast
  • 300 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 125 grams of melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 4 eggs

 

for the stuffing

 

  • grease for stuffing
  • 300 grams of flavored minced meat
  • 1 head old onion
  • 2 sprigs of fresh parsley
  • 2 sprigs of fresh mint
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 100 grams of vegetable mix of your choice

 

Method of preparation:

 

Sift the flour into a large bowl suitable for kneading. Activate the yeast in the warm milk, to which you add the sugar and salt. Beat the eggs, add the melted butter and combine the mixtures. Make a soft dough, leave it to rise and divide it into two parts.

Roll them out and spread a pie tin with the first crust. Heat the fat, chop the onion and fry it. Add the minced meat, finely chopped and use a wire stirrer to grind it. Add the puree, chopped fresh spices and vegetables.

Stew the mixture for 10 minutes, cool and distribute it in the form. Cover with the second crust and twist the edges so that they are sealed. Preheat oven to 180 degrees and bake for 40 minutes. When ready, spray with cold water and wrap the pie with a damp clean cloth. Cut and serve.
