Peel a squash, grate it and sauté it in a saucepan. Add the chopped garlic, onion and season with salt, pepper and samardala.
In another bowl, saute the mushrooms, add the chopped parsley and pour over the potatoes. Stir and spread the mixture in a greased pan. Sprinkle with 1-2 teaspoons of butter and bake at 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
Remove from the oven, add the cheese and return for another 10 minutes. Cool, pour the dish and enjoy it. Serve with a drink of your choice.
