How To Cook Butter With Parmesan And Ground Almonds - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Butter pickles with parmesan and ground almonds". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 90 grams of flour
  • 40 grams of ground almonds
  • 40 grams of unsalted butter
  • 40 grams of salted butter
  • 80 grams of grated Parmesan cheese
  • pinch of dried herbs / thyme, rosemary, oregano /

For sprinkling :

  • grated parmesan

Method of preparation :

  • In a large bowl, mix the flour, ground almonds and butter. Stir until oil crumbs form.
  • Add the grated parmesan and dried herbs and stir with your fingers to avoid warming the butter.
  • Add 1 tablespoon of water, stir and form a ball.
  • Roll it out into a sheet about 3-4 millimeters thick, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour or until hardened.
  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and cover the bottom of the pan with baking paper
  • Spread the dough on a lightly floured surface and use molds to cut the saltines.
  • Arrange them in the pan at a distance of about 2.5 centimeters from each other and sprinkle the top with grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake for about 12 minutes until light golden brown.
  • Allow the oily pickles to cool for about 3 minutes in the pan before removing them to a rack to cool completely.
