Necessary products:

  • 200 g of sugar
  • 200 grams of butter
  • 400-500 grams of milk powder
  • 200-300 grams of porridge
  • 200 grams of cream
  • 15 grams of vanilla sugar

Method of preparation:

Melt the butter in a suitable bowl, add the sugar and mix well until bubbles form, then add the cream. Beat the lumps and mix well. Leave on the fire until foam is obtained and turn off the stove. Pour the hot mixture into a bowl suitable for beating with a mixer, gradually add the vanilla sugar and milk powder. Beat until thick. If the mixture is very liquid, use more powdered milk, but it is very important not to overdo it. Pour the resulting mass into a mold and sprinkle with cashews, press it with your palms and put the dessert in the refrigerator for an hour or in the freezer for 20 minutes. Once removed, cut into cubes and enjoy the great taste.
