How To Cook Butter With Yellow Cheese And Green Onions - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Butter pickles with yellow cheese and green onions". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 2 teaspoons flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 tablespoons butter, frozen and grated
  • 1/2 cup grated yellow cheese
  • 1/4 tea cup green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Method of preparation :

 

  • Preheat the oven to 230 degrees and cover the bottom of a large baking tray with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt and pepper.
  • Sprinkle with grated butter and "rub" with your fingers to form butter crumbs.
  • Add the grated yellow cheese and chopped green onions and stir.
  • Add the buttermilk and sour cream and stir again briefly.
  • Use 2 tablespoons of the mixture to form the pickles in the prepared pan.
  • Bake for about 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  • Serve the pickles warm and enjoy them.
