100 grams of granulated sugar

4 egg yolks

2 tablespoons cocoa

1.5 tablespoons powdered sugar

Method of preparation :

Put the well-softened butter in a deep bowl.

Boil the eggs, leave to cool, peel them and take only the yolks, which you mash with a fork.

Then add them to the butter, mix well and add the vanilla sugar, plain crystal and mix well again.

Gradually pour the flour and knead the dough to be thick and elastic.

Tear off pieces of it and shape them into balls.

Then carefully "pull" one part to get a conical shape.

It is better to make them high, because they will fall off during baking.

Place the cookies prepared in this way in the freezer for 10 minutes to tighten and keep the desired shape. When you take them out, arrange them in a tray lined with baking paper or foil.

Bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes. The cookies should turn golden - this is one of the signs that they are ready.

Mix the cocoa and powdered sugar. In this mixture, roll the slightly cooled delicacies and leave to cool completely.
