Necessary products

  • 5 carrots, finely chopped
  • 3 medium-sized onions, finely chopped
  • 2 cans (450 grams) peeled tomatoes, with sauce
  • 1 large cabbage, chopped
  • 1 packet (30 grams) onion soup mix
  • 1 can of green beans
  • 2 liters of tomato juice
  • 2 green peppers, cut into cubes
  • 10 stalks of celery, finely chopped
  • 1 can (400 grams) of beef broth
 
Method of preparation

Take a large bowl and put the carrots, onions, tomatoes, cabbage, peas, peppers and celery in it. Pour the soup mix, tomato juice and beef broth. Fill with water until the vegetables are covered.

Put on a medium heat and simmer until the vegetables are soft. The finished soup can be stored in the refrigerator for several days before consumption.
