How To Cook Cabbage Cabbage With Minced Meat, Rice And Mushrooms - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Cabbage rolls with minced meat, rice and mushrooms". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

1 fresh or sauerkraut
1 teaspoon rice
1 kg minced pork
2 tablespoons oil
300 grams mushrooms
1 onion
salt and ground black pepper to taste

Method of preparation :

Boil the rice for 15 minutes, then drain with a colander.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the chopped mushrooms and onions in it.
Add rice, onion and mushrooms to the minced meat, add salt and ground black pepper to taste.
Put 2 tablespoons of the stuffing on each cabbage leaf and form sarmi.
Cabbage can be both fresh and sour. If using fresh, cut off the base of the cob and boil the rest of the cabbage until the leaves begin to separate.

Arrange the cabbage leaves in a fireproof dish, pour half a glass of water, add a little oil and close with a lid. Put in the oven for about an hour (you can also cook on the stove).

To make even more delicious sarma, you can dissolve a cube of broth of your choice in half a glass of warm water, which you pour into the bowl before letting the dish simmer.

Enjoy your meal!
