Learn how to cook "Cabbage stuffed with minced meat, vegetables and yellow cheese". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
cabbage leaves
For the stuffing:
minced
onion
carrots
peppers
olives
yellow cheese - optional
Determine the quantities of the products yourself according to your taste preferences and the desired number of servings of the finished dish.
Method of preparation :
Boil the cabbage leaves in salted water for about 5 minutes. Then cut the thick parts and "stretch" the leaves to get equal.
Of course, the filling can be of your choice, but we suggest you try minced meat and vegetables.
Fry the minced meat, add grated carrots, finely chopped onions, peppers and pieces of olives.
Grate yellow cheese if you decide to use.
Start "assembling" the unusual cake.
In a suitable bowl, place a cabbage leaf on top of the prepared stuffing, sprinkle with yellow cheese and continue laying in the same sequence until the quantities are exhausted. Finish with cabbage, which also cover with grated cheese.
Bake the dish in a moderately heated oven for 30 minutes.
Garnish with olives and serve.
You can replace the yellow cheese with a mixture of mayonnaise and garlic, instead of minced meat the option is to use boiled chicken, for example.
