Necessary products :

  • 300 grams of cabbage
  • 300 grams of yellow cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons cooking cream
  • 0.5 teaspoon spoon of leavening agent
  • 0.5 teaspoon of starch

 

Method of preparation :

Cut the cabbage into small pieces and pour it into a greased pan (you can also add a little chopped green onion). Make a mixture of eggs, mayonnaise, cream, put the starch and baking powder. If desired, you can add 1-2 cloves of garlic.

Pour the cabbage evenly with the resulting combination and place it in a preheated oven to 200 degrees for about 20 minutes. A few minutes before removing the casserole, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake.

Cut the finished dish into portions and you can serve with cream. If you prefer, prepare it with minced meat of your choice. In this case, mix the cabbage with the minced meat and then pour the mixture. The cooking time will be extended by about 5 minutes (depending on the thickness of the layer).
