1/2 teaspoon semolina
100 grams of breadcrumbs
frying oil
3-4 tablespoons flour
50 grams of butter
100 grams of cooked sausage of your choice
salt and ground black pepper to taste
ketchup to taste

Method of preparation :

Wash and finely chop the cabbage, stew it in oil with a little water. Then add the semolina, stir and let it cook for another 5-7 minutes.

Transfer to a separate container and allow the mixture to cool. Then season with salt and pepper, beat the egg, pour the flour and stir.

Spread some of the resulting "minced meat" on your palm, flatten, put a piece of sausage in the middle, pour a little ketchup and form a meatball. Continue in the same way until the products are exhausted.

Roll the meatballs in breadcrumbs, then fry on both sides in oil.

Another option for stuffing is a piece of butter in combination with a little yellow cheese. This will give you a juicier dish.
