Required products :
300 grams of cabbage
1 egg
50 grams of grated yellow cheese
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
green spices and salt to taste
1 tablespoon sour cream
Method of preparation :
Finely chop the cabbage and put it in salted water to boil for 10 minutes. Then drain the liquid, let the cabbage cool and add the grated yellow cheese, flour, baking powder, salt and spices to taste, beat 1 egg.
From the resulting "minced meat" form meatballs and bake them on both sides in a greased pan.
Serve with sour cream.
