Required products :
250 grams of cabbage
70 grams of yellow cheese
20 milliliters of oil
10 grams of butter
1 egg
3 tablespoons breadcrumbs
salt to taste
Preparation :
Boil the cabbage leaves in salted water, leave to cool and beat lightly. Then wrap thin pieces of yellow cheese in them.
Dip the resulting "packets" first in an egg, roll in breadcrumbs and fry in hot oil.
Serve with melted butter.
