Necessary products for 8 servings:

 

  • one cabbage about 1 kg
  • olive oil for frying
  • finely chopped onion
  • two planed or diced carrots
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 1/2 connection kereviz
  • a pinch of paprika
  • 20 grams of tomato puree
  • 1 hot pepper
  • fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
  • salt and pepper

 

Method of preparation:

 

In a saucepan, heat the olive oil and fry the onions, carrots, cherries, parsley, paprika and puree. Add the chopped cabbage and pour water, about two liters.

Reduce heat and simmer over low heat. Finally, season with hot pepper, finely chopped, dill, thyme and extra salt and pepper if necessary.

Pour into bowls, serve the soup warm, garnished with sour cream and toasted slices of bread.
