How To Cook Cabbage Soup With Beans, Nettles And Meat - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 1/2 fresh cabbage
  • 2 handfuls of fresh nettle
  • 1 onion
  • 200 grams of canned red beans
  • 1 potato
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • salt, pepper
  • a few sprigs of fresh dill
  • 400 grams of pork
  • 70 milliliters of tomato juice
  • water or broth
  • frying oil

 

Method of preparation:

 

Pour oil into a pan and stew diced pork. Add finely chopped onions, carrots, potatoes and tomatoes. Season with paprika, salt, pepper and pour the tomato juice.

Set aside. In a saucepan, heat the fat and fry the finely chopped fresh cabbage and nettles. Stir and add the beans.

Pour water or broth, add the first mixture and let the soup simmer on low heat until ready. Cool, pour into bowls and serve, sprinkled with finely chopped fresh dill.
