Necessary products:

  • 1/2 baguette
  • 300 g chicken fillet
  • 200 g of lettuce leaves
  • 50 g parmesan
  • garlic to taste
  • olive oil
  • 20 g of mustard
  • 2 egg yolks
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 10 ml of vinegar
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method of preparation:

Take a cup and mix 5 tablespoons of olive oil and 1 crushed clove of garlic. Leave the mixture for 10-15 minutes, during which time cut the bread into cubes. Heat a frying pan, pour olive oil and garlic into it and fry the breadcrumbs until golden brown. Then cut the fillet into cubes, similar to bread and fry them in the same fat, season with salt and pepper.

Make the filling. Boil 2 eggs and separate the whites from the yolks. Mash the yolks together with the mustard, add crushed garlic to taste and mix well. Pour vinegar, 2-3 tablespoons olive oil and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper as desired.

Take a large bowl and put lettuce leaves in it, on them - chicken fillet and rusks. Drizzle the salad with the dressing and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
