How To Cook Caesar Sauce (for The Salad Of The Same Name) - Recipe

Required products :

  • 100 milliliters of olive oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 teaspoons Worcester sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 lemon (you need the juice from it)
  • pinch of salt
  • pepper

 

Method of preparation :

Make a needle hole on one side of the two eggs, but be careful the shells do not crack or break. Put the eggs in boiling water for 30-40 seconds, then remove the shells and pour their contents into a bowl and mix until smooth. Add the chopped garlic cloves, pour the lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, season with black pepper, add salt and mix or beat with a mixer until smooth.

If desired, you can add a few chopped basil leaves.
