Necessary products:
4 tsp sugar
0.5 tsp ground ginger
5 tsp Cafe
50 ml egg liqueur
whipped cream to taste
Method of preparation:
Put the sugar in a pot and put it on the stove to caramelize (the sugar should turn light brown). Add 2 tablespoons of water, ginger and simmer for a few minutes to make a syrup. Boil the coffee separately and add the syrup to it.
Pour the liqueur into suitable glasses, then the coffee with the syrup and whipped cream on top.
