How To Cook Cake Casserole With Butter And Yellow Cheese - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1 kg of kale / kale /
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 cup homemade chicken broth
  • 3/4 tea cup grated yellow cheese
  • 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Method of preparation :

 

  • Wash the kale leaves thoroughly and blanch them in boiling water for 4 minutes.
  • Transfer to a colander, fill the pot with cold water and return them to stop the cooking process. Drain again.
  • Squeeze the kale in your palms and cut it into large pieces.
  • Dry the pan and melt 2 tablespoons of oil over medium heat.
  • Add the kale, stir and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Reduce the heat and sprinkle with flour. Stir and cook for another 2 minutes.
  • Add 1/4 tea cup of the broth. Mix well and add the rest of the broth, keeping the proportion and stir after each addition.
  • Let the mixture simmer for about 1 minute and add 1 tablespoon of butter. Stir and remove from the heat.
  • Add 1/2 cup of grated yellow cheese and stir again.
  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and grease a pan with oil. Pour the kale into it and flatten it slightly.
  • In a small bowl, mix the remaining yellow cheese with the breadcrumbs and sprinkle with the stewed kale.
  • Melt the remaining oil and sprinkle the kale evenly.
  • Bake for 30 minutes until golden brown.
  • Serve the pastry hot and enjoy.
