Method of preparation :
Beat the soft butter with the sugar. Add the eggs one by one, follow the flour with the baking powder and mix the products well.
Grease or cover the bottom of the form with parchment and spread half of the dough in it. Flatten it.
In the remaining amount of it add the cocoa and make another layer in the pan of chocolate dough.
Peel the apples, cut each into 6 parts, then the pieces also in two and arrange them on the cocoa layer. Sprinkle the fruit with cinnamon.
Put the dish in a preheated 180 degree oven and bake the tops for 30-40 minutes. When they are ready, leave to cool, and in the meantime prepare the cream.
Warm the milk. Mix the yolks with the starch and sugar. Start pouring a thin stream of milk into them, stirring constantly.
Then place the pan on a low heat and bring the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil the cream to the required density, then cool it and add the vanilla and whipped butter.
When completely cooled, apply it on the countertops, sprinkle with cinnamon or grated chocolate and put the cake in the refrigerator.
After a few hours, when the "waves" tighten and the base absorbs the cream, you can cut the dessert and enjoy it.
