Necessary products

For the dough:

200 grams of flour
100 grams of butter
50 grams of sugar
1 egg
2 tablespoons milk


For the stuffing:

300 grams of yogurt
3 egg yolks
75 grams of sugar

For decoration:

fresh seasonal fruits


Method of preparation :

Make a dough by mixing the flour with the butter, add the sugar, 1 egg and 2 tablespoons of milk.

 

Roll it out on a floured surface and place in a tray, which is stored in the freezer for no more than 25 minutes.

Punch the surface in several places with a fork and bake in the oven for 20 minutes, 160 degrees.

If the dough swells, just press it with your hand on top.

 

While the base is baking, prepare the cream.

Using a wire whisk, turn the yoghurt into a smooth, smooth mass. Mix the yolks and sugar until smooth and combine the two liquids.

Spread the resulting cream evenly on the base of the dough and bake at 160 degrees for 25 minutes.

 

Garnish with fresh seasonal fruits and enjoy dessert.
