How To Cook Cake In A Pan With Milk And Butter Cream And Walnuts - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Cake pan with milk and butter cream and walnuts". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 400 grams of condensed milk (for the dough)
  • 3 eggs (2 for cream and 1 for dough)
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda quenched in vinegar (for the dough)
  • 450 - 470 grams of flour + 2 tablespoons of cream
  • 500 milliliters of fresh milk for cream
  • 1 teaspoon sugar (for cream)
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar (for cream)
  • 200 grams of butter (for cream)
  • 1 teaspoon walnuts to sprinkle on the cake

Method of preparation :

Pour the milk into a saucepan, add 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons flour, a cup of sugar, a packet of vanilla, stir with a wire whisk and put on low heat. Bring to a boil until thickened, stirring. Put the butter in the hot cream, stir and close the container with a lid.

Take care of the swamps. Mix condensed milk and 1 egg in a bowl, mix well. Put the soda quenched in vinegar and gradually add the flour. When stirring with a spoon becomes difficult, transfer the dough to the hob and finish kneading by hand. You should get a soft and elastic dough. Divide it into 8 equal parts. Roll each of them and pierce the leaves with a fork in several places. Heat a pan over medium heat and bake the "tops". They are made very quickly - it takes literally a minute of baking on each side. Then arrange them on top of each other in a suitable plate or tray, cut to be the same size and shape. Save the pieces for sprinkling.

Cover the surface and walls of the cake with the finished cream, which is still warm and will absorb quickly.

Grind the scraps from the countertops by hand and mix them with the ground walnuts. Sprinkle the cake generously with the combination and leave for an hour or two, after which you can eat.

Enjoy your meal!
