In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, cream, sugar, rose syrup and beat until fine cream. Cool it, meanwhile grind the biscuits in a blender, add the butter, vanilla and stir.
Put stretch film in individual muffin tins. This way you will be able to easily remove the desserts. Add the crumbly mixture and stir to form a batter.
Decorate the walls with sliced strawberries and spread the cream in each form. Garnish with the remaining fruit and cool. Serve the cake mousse, garnished with pink syrup and enjoy.
